Mark Rader, Army Fleet Support

Mark Rader is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Army Fleet Support LLC, a joint venture of L-3 Communications and Helicopter Support Company Inc., at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Mark is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt currently finishing his Certified Master Black Belt and his PMP Certification. He is also Lean certified through Society of Manufacturing Engineers and Mark has also been recognized by the TOCICO as having completed the Theory of Constraints Thinking Processes Program and is working towards becoming TOCICO board certified in the Thinking Processes (TP) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). Mark holds an MBA for Aviation and a BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Bob Sproull is the Manager of the Office of Continuous Improvement for Army Fleet Support at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Bob is a seasoned executive and author of two books, The Ultimate Improvement Cycle – Maximizing Profits Through the Integration of Lean, Six Sigma and the Theory of Constraints and Process Problem Solving – A Guide for Maintenance and Operation’s Teams.
