Getting Things Done: Visual Project Management
Everyone does things of value for someone else. When these
things are not routine and repetitive, they fit the definition of
'Project'. When several (or many) people are involved in one or more
projects, it takes special talent to get them done; a talent most lack.
Sadly, most projects are late, over budget, of less value than hope or
simply forgotten over time. This presentation shows how ANYONE can
effectively manage a multitude of projects without complicated software
or years of training. Its visual. Its elegantly simple!
